Doctors and nurses see the word differently

A traditional focus group approach would create separate groups for doctors and for nurses, but an Unfocus Group mixes them up in the same session and their different perspectives lead to new insights for everyone.

In one example, the doctors were quite surprised when they realised that their own opinion didn’t really matter, because (as the nurse pointed out to them) they wouldn’t use the equipment at all.
